New Web Site Traffic Reporting

MMCIS has upgraded your web site traffic reports providing you with much more comprehensive reporting. All MMCIS clients who currently have "Border Patrol" have access to the new Statistics Server. Statistics Server will replace Boarder Patrol. This is a very robust reporting package that should take care of most of your traffic reporting needs.

Statistics Server was created for marketing people and administrators who analyze site traffic to make sure their Internet and Intranet investment works. It's never been easier to get the answers you need.

Report Features:

Statistics Server processes Web site log files in real-time and stores the resulting data in robust statistics databases. Users can query the database from the Statistics Server "Live Stats" Web interface and view up to the minute reports. A full year of historical data is maintained. This provides a strong baseline against which current reports are plotted.

• Live Stats Web based interface is easy to use and accessible from nearly every browser.
• Live daily summaries and historic breakdowns.
• Select report period using an intuitive calendar.
• Multiple users can concurrently access statistics.
• Detailed graphs and tables.
• Who's On shows, who is on the Web site at that moment and what they are doing.
• Usage by Sessions, Hits, Kilobytes.
• Usage by Average Session Time, Kb per Session, Hits per Session.
• Pages by Hits. Supports HTM, HTML, ASP, IDX, STM, CFM, HTX files, CGI gateways.
• Pages by Entry Point, Exit Point, Hit Once, Time Spent, by Error.
• Browsers by Tag, Type, Operating System.
• Referring URLs, Domains.
• Sessions by Network Identity, Network Location, Machine Identity.
• Watches track IP addresses and URLs.
• Click Throughs: track inbound and out bound advertising click throughs.
• Export CSV data feature.
• Print option generates a printable HTML page with no anchors.
• Zoomed views for most reports.

User Tips

1. To access your Statistic Reports, you must enter your Administrative ID and password twice. First to access your administrative page, second to access your Statistics Reports.
2. To see definitions, click on the upper tool bar button "? OFF". This is a toggle button with 3 states, OFF, ON, TITLES. In the ON state both titles and definitions are display. In the TITLE state only brief descriptions are provided.

AXIS User Society (http://www.ax-us.org)

This web site provides members with an extensive searchable database of problems and solutions in the use of AXIS Computer Systems Inc manufacturing software products. The web site provides members the ability to mutually exchange problems and solutions. The site’s public pages provide information and news about the user society. Only AXIS members have access to the problem/solution database.

Communications Management International (http://www.cmiregister.com)

MMCIS has provided CMI with an event registration package that provides for complete interactive registration to major shows and events they manage. The registration package has enabled CMI to better manage a number of events for Compaq, McGraw Hill, Sun and others. The package provides extensive back-office functionality, credit card ordering, and streamlines the entire registration process.

FirstSense Software, Inc. (http://www.firstsense.com)

FirstSense Software is a leading innovator and developer of applications management software designed specifically for today’s distributed, multi-tier business environments, including client/server, Intranet and extranet applications. FirstSense Enterprise has been chosen as one of the finalists for the 1999 Datamation Product of the Year Awards. MMCIS developed and maintains First Sense’s web site updating very dynamic marketing information and integrating interactive functionality to support their many sales & marketing activities.

JCA of New York (http://www.jcany.org)

A credit organization web site that features current credit information for Plumbing Supply Wholesalers in the New York City area. This site has become the wholesalers primary credit reference system. This is a highly interactive web site providing on-line entry of and search for credit information, an extensive secure data base of a million + credit records, a credit forum, and other communication tools. The site is private, but features a public site tour that demonstrates the services provided.

Rohm America, Inc. (http://www.rohmamerica.com)

Rohm America Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rohm GmbH of Germany and the exclusive US representative for Rohm’s EUDRAGIT Pharma Polymers for functional pharmaceutical coatings and EUPERGIT polymer carriers for enzyme immobilization. Their web site features a wide array of Rohm’s products beginning with summary overviews and tables helping visitors find the appropriate product for their application. For each product there is an extensive set of detailed information and a wide selection of application information. The site also provides for visitors to order product samples and to describe their applications thus generating qualified sales leads.

Senior Flexonics Corp - Metal Bellows Division (http://www.metalbellows.com)

Metal Bellows Division is the world premier supplier of welded diaphragm metal bellows for aerospace, semiconductor, medical and industrial applications. The Metal Bellows web site provides a unique product catalog that features numerous specialty bellows products presented by an extensive set of images and summary descriptions. The web site also provides a unique plant tour.

The Trading Depot (http://www.thetradingdepot.com)

The Trading Depot is an E-commerce site providing classified ads exclusively for antiques and collectibles. A feature of the site is visitors can enter their own item ads on-line including up to 3 images for each item and can access and edit their ads at any time. Powerful simple to use search tools makes it easy for visitor to find the specific items that are looking for. Many items have been listed on the Trading Depot from all over the world. The site also provides dealer and event directories.

Trafford|Flynn (http://www.trafford-flynn.com)

Trafford Flynn Fine Mineral Specimens web site is an E-Commerce site dedicated to mineral and fossil specimens from world wide locations, ranging is size from thumbnail to cabinet specimens. The on-line catalog provides several different ways to search for specimens. Each specimen includes a high quality image, brief description, and origin. On-line ordering with credit card payment is provided as well as other payment methods.

Travel Resource Group (http://www.travelresourcegroup.com)

TRG is an independent resource and support organization providing consulting services to travel agencies and corporations with sizable business travel budgets.

TRG’s web site features an on-line job search service dedicated to the Travel Industry. Visitors can search TRG’s database for job openings, candidates can submit their resumes for potential employers to review on-line. Member agencies/companies can submit their job opportunities and search for candidates on-line.
