Communciations Internet Services, Inc. is an on-line box-office
service that operates over the Internet. It provides theatres on-line
ticket ordering for their patrons and an on-line box-office service
for their staff.
TicketStage adds reserved seat and general admission ticketing
to a theatre's web site for both subscriber and non-subscriber
patrons. Subscriber credits are automatically checked, applied,
and usage recorded. Orders are instantly confirmed and ticket/invoices
provided.
TicketStage also provides online box-office services for theatres
to book phone, mail, and window orders. Since the box-office
is on-line, theatre staff can book orders from both the theatre's
box-office and their home computers. The system supports multiple
staff simultaneously booking orders.
TicketStage has booked thousands of tickets for a number of
shows and performances, and the numbers are growing rapidly.
Patrons say that TicketStage is easy to use and love being able
to select their seats on-line for reserved seat performances.
